
Trending @Capgemini; I didn’t get hike , it’s ok . But no one in the leadership is responding whether on I’m eligible or not
Capgemini is like hopes less with no centralised system . No one is responding for queries from leadership team . At least they have to inform whether we are eligible or not .

There are few criteria for not getting any hike (as per my understanding)
- if you have received 4 rating then you won't get any hike
- Not complying with 12 day wfo policy for multiple months
- if you joined last year only
- if you got retained last year
- Not completed mandatory trainings
- Received 3 rating(succeeding) from last 3 years
- if you are on notice period If you fall under any of the group then you won't receive appraisal letter. ( There may be more criterias which I am not aware of)

If your salary is more than market standards according to their standards.

I got an exceptional rating, complied 12 days BTO every month, some month 13 days, completed 2.8 years, completed all mandatory trainings when assigned.
What else is required???????????

Even though I'm working on complex things but not getting any hikes from the last two years.I didnt complain about anything but this is disgusting they are promoting ,giving hikes variable to their puppies.If some one is working efficiently then they should not pull the legs

If the revised salary is showing and I haven't received compensation or promotion hike mail will I be eligible for that
