QVA will be included in OCT payroll, QVA is always included in next month of the particular quarter, so for Jul-Sep quarter it will be included in OCT payroll

Is there any correlation between band and qva ? I got my annual anniversary rating but band was released which is unexpected

But may take home is also lesser than previous month
