I know it’s mainly due to low RTO and if I ask they will ask to report to office immediately. I am working from home long time and I didn’t raise exception also. Main reason of not coming to office it’s due to my mother health issue and I avoid raising exception as it does not look good to raise exception every month with same reason. I know they will not approve as well

I am not going to office from last Sept without exception, I received A band. I got the letter yesterday in My Documents, however there was no email. PS - My Annual Increment is 970 INR.
