I did not QVA in 24 to 25
I checked my earning for 24 to 25. I did not get QVA around 1.5 Laks per year. Is it the case with other associated ? I was working for US client and was full billable.
First quster i gor zero QVA Reason - RTO below 60%
Second , third Quarter got 20% around 8k.
Company not giving QVA. Its really sad.

C3A and above... Very true.. Only 8 to 15k for variable pay.. If your QVA in the range of 1.2 lacks to 1.8 lacks annual
Its very discouraging that they are not giving QVA which is part of our ctc. Its huge amount i.e. 1.5 laks approximately.
They are hiring from external market with package but not giving QVA to seniors.
Should I ask my manager to not give me promotion?
I get full QVA since I'm at C2, but if they promote they'll put a lot in QVA and my inhand may reduce.... Am i thinking on right lines or promotion percentage is high enough to still increase cash inhand ?
