I cracked a 40LPA digital marketing role at Google
I've been grinding in the digital marketing space for about 7 years, mostly at startups where the pace is insane but the learning curve is off the charts. In jan last year, I started targeting FAANG and ended up getting a referral from a linkedin connection who’s also a digital marketing strategist at Google. He was super kind and helpful and gave me an idea of the kind of Qs they ask, what to expect, etc. So if you're targeting a role at Google, make sure you actually talk to someone who's in that role already and get a referral if possible. It help so so so so much.

Hi what were the questions they asked you in interview if you can describe it will help a lot of people

Four areas of assessment across many 3-4 interviews: Role related knowledge, General Cognitive Ability, Leadership and Googlyness. It not about the right answer but how you approach the answers. How do you comprehend the question, do you ask clarifying questions and then how do you attempt to answer it. Is it a logical approach? Does it take into account a 360 degree perspective? How did you communicate? Did you take feedback to learn? Etc. Some questions are factual and some hypothetical.
