I completed MBA from Sikkim Manipal distance education. Tcs hr have not considered it and they considered my btech degree only. Won't hr approve and provide higher salary for my MBA ?

They won’t consider. I did executive MBA from IIM, Jammu and it was in blended mode. As per TCS policy if you take sabbatical and do then only they will change the compensation

During COVID lot of colleges went for online class and resumed when it subsided. That how a lot of them manage to attend collage and work as well because both were online at some point.

It's something you needed to know before joining the course. Every University says Both full time and distance courses are same but it's not considered same in industry.

They are likely to not consider it. Even though they should.
