Do you comply with RTO?

As of now you will be eligible in the next quarter from completion of your 30 months. If you are completed by this month or last you will be eligible to get by Q3.
But You should follow RTO. i.e 3 days per week Utilisation should be more than 75 percent - check go perform for this And most importantly your senior management should be ready to give you promotion.
