I completed 2 years in TCS till now compensation letter didn't received? Will it come or not ?

Please anyone give me relif from this. I completed my 2 years inntcs on 10 Oct but till now compensation letter didn't came what should I accept?

This might be due to WFO complice.

Non-compliance with the 60% attendance threshold defers anniversary and grade movement.
Upon achieving compliance, the anniversary date is adjusted to the start of the next quarter.
Total Rewards interventions (including compensation) are effective from the adjusted anniversary date.
