Trending @Accenture; I cleared tech leap but not promoted, why?
I joined Accenture on 7th Feb 2024 @CL 12, and I was allocated the project in July 2024.
I cleared my tech leap exam and clearance result of the exam I got on 30th January 2025.
Even though I expanded for more than 6 months in the project, and fulfilled all criteria, but in the March 2025 cycle I did not get Fastrack promotion. Why?
Really??? U want to get promoted within a year?
Hey I am in the same boat as you joined on the same date and received the techleap result on 28th Jan. And I too didn't get promoted.
And the reason was I was not completing a 6 month chargeable role as on 28th nov for March cycle promotion.
Waiting for the June cycle.. maybe both of us will get promoted .
You should be using project chargeable code for 6 months. This is the reason you didn’t got promoted. In june cycle, you will get promoted. I also got promoted in this march cycle only.
