Go with plan training ..it will be auto release. Don’t update academy that you are not getting release .

I was on top5 DQ till yesterday ..today it's showing top11..I guess acon nominations might open soon..what can I do can anyone please suggest

It's an auto release buddy. Your manager can do nothing. He/She can request to take you back after all the trainings are done. If you don't want that, inform your training manager the same

What is the video exam pattern for ACON?

She cannot keep you in the project, you will be auto release and mapped to the new required project. But she will show her anger and power during this year's appraisal cycle if your new manager allows her to give rating or feedback.
