Yes. You can. Make sure no TDS deducted from freelancing company on you PAN number. You can use your family member PAN and Account number. Also make sure no PF contribution. All the best!

During initial call tell you are project bench and can get early relivement if I get offer later once they issue offer tell the manager did not agree usually 90 percent of company will not say anything as they have given out offer already this works try it once
