Wipro is troubling me and saying that they will leave me off for poor performance, but I can’t do anything because they have put me on bench. I have an offer from Accenture or I can stay here at Wipro and try to do better. What should I do?

Since you are on the bench and having an offer, moving out is the better option. But ask your hr whether he can relieve earlier.
