I came to hear one of my friend that, those who are unallocated and was in bench long time, RMG asking them to submit resignation

If not they are threatening to send dismiss letter. Has any one heard same

Yes they are asking to resign just to control their work pressure but that does not mean you have to resign. Open ultimatix search engine and search puiple in HR and TAG and serculate your resume and you will start getting calls ....I have done this ,I was their in RMG for 2 months and they have blocked my profile hence I was not getting calls because I wanted to take project in my hometown....I start getting calls once I reach puiple.

Yes, I am going to submit. They are not bringing projects, I am not getting calls but they are saying to take projects. Logic less people. If i don't take project means they wil raise stop pay it seems. Also they are saying that we need to take project within 7 days of being unallocated

You can Raise employee concern in ultimatix if you have positive points your end to speak with corporate HR

You guys don’t have to get resigned. TCS never leaves their people unless if they move out on their own . These RMG guys don’t do their job well and ask us to do this. Just boldly defend them even if it costs some pay anyways you will get the project and u will join it .
