I belong to IS CBG domain
I am interested in moving towards Service now development. Right now I'm working in Support role L1 I am getting released at the end of June. Please tell me if there is requirement for Service now development in IS CBG domain and is there a chance that i can get into it. I have a doubt that RMG will push us to some other projects is this true? And also Snow development is a good career to choose? Please guide me on this

I am not that good at coding as far i know Service now uses API and javascript which is not high level coding. And i have knowledge on HTML and CSS but don't have project experience
