Many have been shown door due to poor performance. This is similar to what we hear in other companies so not sure how this is bad. Mostly D band candidates who have not been in any project for long and drawing salaries or have not shown any improvement in their work have been let go.

Please stop asking these kind of stupid and meaningless questions. Do you really think if anyone got fired they are going to answer to your question. Btw just out of curiosity what would you achieve even if you have the answer.
