Trending @HCL; I been working in HCL 3.5 years I can't get promotion,when can I get promotion and What is the process for that?

No promotion unless you’re lucky and some miracle happens. I’m in your shoes right now. why they won’t give promotion is, with promotion your band will change and they have to provide more benefits as per band which will cost more to company so even you have better ratings the HR and management will not appreciate

To get a promotion, switch the company.

Have you discussed this need of yours with your RM. Can you list reasons why you think you should get the promotion instead of others in your team. Prepare for such and have a discussion and have it atleast 3-4 months ahead of the appraisal period. Try to highlight achievements. I am not saying you will get basis all these but atleast you did put in an effort and finally if you don’t get it then be ready to come out of your comfort zone and try other companies for better job prospects.
