Trending @HCL; I asked my HR for epilepsy issue pls allow work from home..

I was trying to get work from home because of my health issue. But told to connect HCL helathcare and takr advice after that everything.... HR not agrred and told take medicine and come to office... For a person with helath issue he told ur sitting and enjoying in the home.... Dont know how they can talk all this..... Dont know what to do now.... Anyone please suggest??

Yes, take medicine and come. OR Don't take medicine come and fall off from chair before your manager. Let your RM fight for you.

If you have health issue, take approval from your L4/L2 head. Based on that apply telecommuting.
