I asked for 15LPA but they are offering 12LP

I recently interviewed for an Insights Lead role at a Chennai-based company with 5.5 years of experience in market research. My last salary was 7 LPA, but I asked for 15 LPA (slightly negotiable) based on market standards. After clearing three rounds, HR initially offered 10 LPA, then increased it to 12 LPA. I’ve countered with 14.5 LPA, but they’re hesitant to go higher.
