These are best tips as per me to handle depression.. 1.Read books which can help you to divert from depression especially fictional or autobiography on some personalities 2.start your day with an exercise along with some yoga techniques helping your day to go energetic with positivity
3.Spending free time by hanging out with your friends which also helps in tackling depression enhancing positivity
