Onsite is absolute Dhoka strategy to retain employees😁 With current situation many clients are doing cost cutting and there are very low chances of travel.

If onsite is sure you can stay or else just switch without any thought.

Many time manager play politics and will not send you to onsite

Onsite is just like grass is greener... better ask for better hike and stay if they agree ...you can't save onsite compare to India with better CTC ..ask for better hike and stay

Many ppl switch job at onsite....you can try that...but before that you should start doing certifications and other related stuff as required in that country.....or else you are in the position and demanded technology to switch after cmng from onsite immediately....Both options will be beneficial.

Ask them to give it to you in writing (in mail). I suggest even if they do, just leave it.
