I am working with infy and now i have an offer from deloitte india with 40% hike on fixed component. Now Infy is providing me 20% hike and onsite. What should i do. Shall i switch or not?

LISTEN VERY CAREFULLY. I have a colleague who got the same offer few years back. He chose to stay in infy and when the time was nearby to go on-site, guess what happened? ……… at the very last moment they cancelled it saying budgetary issues 🙂 Please accept the offer and move on, don’t trust these 🐍
Where is your onsite? And how much onsite salary they will give?

If they give long term onsite than you can think about to go there, as Switzerland is very beautiful contry to live, as well as if they give 55 - 60K + Euros as onsite salary, you can also save money. You can also get chance to visit various contries in Europe as well by taking some vacations.
