Trending @Accenture; I am working under a toxic team lead, who always blames me for anything. We are a team of 5, but my toxic lead pokes me only, what can I do?

Team lead - lvl 9, bhai koi aukaad nahi hota is lvl ka , start asking why , start raising your points, sab phattu hote hain , ek baar thoda strict ho jaao sab thik ho jayega, be vocal yaar, wo bhi tere trah is conpany ka employee na k koi uska share hai

I think changing project/ company would be better I suffered from same thing, asked why I am getting different treatment than others, tried to reach out to manager, lead and manager involved HR and told him I may be put on PIP due to poor performance whereas in reality am the one getting most work done

I had good relation with manager who said we will believe on lead because he is my lead.

Note: my lead know everything but work, creates own rules and policies which applies to me and only me

Start by showing your work in front of his manager. Once you are done with your items mail with CC on his boss. Once he tells you to do something. Write that either on email or Jira tickets or whatever you work on by saying "as discussed with "your-toxic-tl" we are proceeding to do this" have his/her manager in CC everytime. If he asks you to do something, ask him either to comment this or mail this or if he doesn't do that. You can do that as acknowledgement

Raise a HR complaint @WanChange8 . M struggling with same issue in my current project. Have raised to HR , infact 2 HRs....they are acknowledging the project roll off as well. Once this feedback is put in Workday, i will demand project roll off

Also u can reach out to ER team employees relationship team don't take help from HR remember

Accenture is full of asshole leads…. Also dont go in firefly deal of GE because heights of torture , harassment and toxivity can be observed there. Every person from level 9 to level 6 are unprofessional and lunatics….. simply fucking assholes
