I am working in TCS from last 5 years not getting promotion due to internal polics

I am working in Tcs from last 5 years and. Not getting promotion due to internal politics so asked for release and they gave me release in close ti appraisal cycle and gave me low rating also.what should i do not sure i’ll get promotion in new project or not also this new project is kind of support project and i asked for development. I don’t know what to do now.can anyone suggest
