I am working in TCS..and I had done my 2 years in tcs and now my total experience is 7+ years and I am trying outside but still I haven't received calls ..can I resign and try outside ? Is that better way or not ? Please suggest me

You can't do this as, Every consultant and Hr aware about tcs notice period

But they don't know if you're in bench or allocated to project. Anyways I was suggesting the OP to have a reality check. If he is able to crack the interviews by faking his experience then he should go ahead resign else work on upskilling first.
