Worst project in tcs, I worked in this project for 4 years and got released after a huge fight with manager and managers don't even know what is the process and flowchart to follow

This is one the shittiest and toxic project in whole tcs.

Depends on project guidelines. Check with HRBP or Manager

If you are working from Anchor annex ODC then yes you need to go every 5 days else if you work from client location(Bellandur)you only need to go 3 days/week
