I am working as Consultant in Deloitte USI, my total Experience is of 7.5 years and my current CTC is 14LPA as a Mainframe Developer and Data Miner. I am planning to Switch after the appraisal. What shall my expected CTC?

As my current CTC is 6 LPA having 3 years of experience.As this is my first switch I wanted to know how much salary expectation should we have and what is the salary range for the role consultant having this 3 years experience.
