I am wondering if TCS employs any B.Com fresher at all, my cousin was preping for competitive exams and now it is 4+yrs that he didn't succ

ees and he is now desperate to settle anything on top of that now a days companies are looking for top notch fluent in english which he is not, is there anyone who can help ?
