Start putting the actual hours in timesheets and see the magic happening. They pay higher salaries because of overtime and it gets escalated to higher levels. Now manager will be in trouble.

I had tried this but Managers can update your hours.. and no they don't directly increase salary.. yes there will be questions if those many hours are approved.. which most managers don't approve.. rather update to standard..
Bro same with me.. Try taking random sick leaves... Two consecutive days here and there.. That's how I manage.. When u r on leave they themselves will take care how to reduce dependency and manage backup
