I am very much interested in HR related roles like Talent development, Talent acquisition etc but I don't have an MBA degree. Is it possible to change the domain internally in TCS? Currently I am working as a System engineer.

I have a story around it. One associate fought with RMG once for some requirement and then even reached to RMG head for his demand. RMG head was impressed with argumentative approach and soft skills so he offered him RMG role and shifted his stream from engineering to people management. So can tell RMG your interest.
