Hi all, I am trying to get into google as a Product Analyst and there’s an active role at Google I applied and also reached out to the hiring manager. The hiring manager told me he’s getting my application routed to him but then he ghosted me It’s been over a month. Should I assume a rejection? I don’t know what’s the status of my application

Assume rejected. They get thousands of applications for it.

Keep trying is all I would say. You have to be lucky to get a shortlist first and then you have to nail the interview. Don't worry too much over this and keep trying
