4moI am trying to apply for an analyst role of sap abap in Deloitte. Would referral work or directly apply through careers?
My friend said, he has given a referral for more than 5. None of their resumes got shortlisted.

Deloitte shortlists only resumes with +1 skills apart from SAB ABAP. I referred few, only 1 got selected. You need to build work exp on either Fiori or RAP/BTP

Hey chimu, thanks for answering that. The job description that I saw has core ABAP requisites. Hopefully that should do the job
