Trending @Capgemini; I am trying to reach HR BU from 5 days but no response from them how to reach them?
They offered me 16lpa and they are paying me 11lpa which is less than what they offered.I dropped multiple mails to HR but no reply.whom we need to reach for this issue.
Just stop working a week, every one will respond 😂
There is another better way..send the e-mail to HR Head India keeping the HR in cc you are trying to reach earlier along with service central ticket and previous e-mail(if any). You will surely receive a call or e-mail immediately.

Write another email to BUHR, N+1, N+2, N+3 stating this has happened and you will not be completing any tasks/responsibilities until the salary issue is addressed. Give them a deadline to resolve this , say a week, and tell them if no resolution provided by that time, you will be putting your experience up on social media, including NITES in your post and also get a lawyer involved. Start searching for other jobs as well. CG is a hell hole; escape as soon as you can.
Dont join in CG. It is a MG company. Even road side beggers are more professional than those shitty HRs
If nothing works. U can post it on LinkedIn stating everything. Tag Capgemini and the labour department.
Also file a lawsuit if u want to get it legally.
Write a mail keeping
HR’s N+1 and N+2 and N+3 in CC and mark it is as important mail.
