I am tired with daily office commute and 20% quarterly bonus. How many "No Show" and "WFO Exceptions" are allowed per quarter?

Problem is that my supervisor brought down my rating from B to C for just doing swipe at the gate. So you never know how will it impact

Stop lying bro. You were probably terrible in your work that's why you got rated poorly

He isn't, they made hours in office a reason to pull many down from A to B and B to C. I also got the same, but fought for a revision.

For past 7 month I haven't visited the office. I don't care about quarterly bonus. I'm living happily in my home town and also working in project. Rather than traveling daily 4 hrs up and down from office. Still got B band.

Hi, What is the reason you have provided for not coming to office? Any mails from HR yet?

I guess 2 no shows per month would still keep WFO index greater than 85%. RTO exceptions depend on Manager and HR. But as per policy, upto 6 RTO exceptions can be availed per quarter.

6 exception per quarter and 6 no show ..u can achieve 85 percent in quarter ..but make sure exception get approved

It totally depends upon the project supervisor, manager and HR

I am C3A, QVA doesn't matter for me, so can I work from home whole quarter with 0 QVA?? OR there will be any action due to this?

Daily commute to office is a hastle. I do not think WFO daily will benefit your rating. Infact you are in that rabbit race spoiling your sleep , health and many other things. The rating no matter what you do , 70-80% people have to be curve fitted into C rating. And believe me salary hikes are peanuts here. So for the sake of A or B getting peanuts in hikes is not worth after thinking WFO will benefit it. Infact its more disgusting to see, what if you do WFO daily and give 100% (which is what management expects) and you get D rating as it is a government based company and nothing works in order and you will get mad literally after seeing all these. And about the QVB - I would say its a scam here. Literally a scam and gamble thing. Think wisely and think about work life balance by doing work but also thinking about personal life. There is nothing kept in this WFO to be true.

If you are C3A and above then probably you have to understand what's beneficial for you either forget about QVA or availing 20-30%

If you are C2 and below then probably you have to maintain 85% attendance to get full QVA.

I think 6 no show puts it at 85%
