But Job Security is the only thing that stopping me to the same - in every day we hear xyz company does layoff and all.
So let me know The names of Company you think which provides job security as TCS ?? so that I can switch.
Job security is a myth.
I was in the same situation scared what if other companies lay off . But one point i got frustrated that im ruining my career . So Be expert on technology what u have worked already.. prepare for interview you will get confident that you can get job anywhere… eventually u will forget abt the job security. BTW job security makes us to be in comfort zone which will start impact our career at one point ( where there will be no growth in salary / position) but you will be convinced in name of Job Security
