Don't go that route, do smthng else if not tech, manufacturing is hell. U will feel more hopeless than ever. Thr 12 LPA is salary which u get after 40, after switching the hike is minimal. Ppl surrounding u r engineers for namesake they'll talk like 12th pass person not an engineer.

Am guessing you worked with a good manufacturing company. In India Manufacturing is the worst place to be. 10x worse than tech.

Go for it better than the fast moving tech anxiety it'll be a massive pay cut sadly.... Plus work conditions I can't guarantee they'll be pleasant
