Trending @Infosys; I am thinking about open sole proprietorship business with my FTE role at Infy. Is there gonna be some issue?

I have opportunity to open a business in my hometown. Business has to be on my name only. It cannot be transferred to any of my family members for time being. But I am at my base location of Infy and not directly involved with the business operations. Can it create an issue?
