I am TCS digital Candidate with 3.5 years exp. I have submitted my papers in feb 2025. I am not eligible for appraisal band for FY2025-26.

I am TCS digital Candidate with 3.5 years exp. I have submitted my papers in feb 2025. I am not eligible for appraisal band for FY2025-26. But in worst case what if I withdraw my resignation after 2months which means the appraisal process is already over and I wont be getting band or revised compensation letter.l, what could be my situation? Will I be continuing with the previous year CTC or will I be demoted to my basic ctc without my digital benefits? As we know to carry digital benefits forward, we need to have either A/B bands.
