Trending @Cognizant; I am stuck in a very toxic project

Hello all, I am a Java full stack developer with microservices and React having exposure to Docker and Kubernetes. I am stuck in a very toxic project environment which promotes micromanagement. I have been subjected to very bd insult after I returned from home which was an emergency leave I had to take due to mother's health issues. Even my health went down by the behavior of my lead. I single handedly developed the major functionality of the application, I didn't get any credit, but I never felt bad for it, but when I had taken emergency leave, I have been subjected to insults and release threats. I am looking for a better opportunity in better project where I am not subjected to disrespect.
