I am struggling a bit to switch company - Shall i resign without Offer

Heyy Guys,

I am struggling a bit to switch company due 90 days NP and Salary Expectations (50% i am asking)

i know i cam clear rounds and get an offer if my NP was less , companies will be iwlling to pay how much i ask if i am ready to join early.

So my question is that - Should i put resignation with holding any offer?? I am confident that my current manager would try to retain me and i wont share offer letter if he asks and i would ask him for a raide and promotion.

Is this right move??
