I am Sr. con in Deloitte 8 years of exp. in product management, package 18 + 10% bonus, how much hike should I ask for new product company

Currently working as an Analyst in (Finance&Accounting) Enabling Areas and having 7 lpa. How much hike I should ask for if I go into other Big 4 OR other companies ?
