MAL is soo important for them that they don’t even consider who is deserving..also there is no salary market corrections..if you ask your manager they are ready with all sorts of excuses

Bro, talk to your leads/managers and get your salary market corrected. I was the same till last year, in nov they gave me a 40% hike as a correction.
