I am resigning but need severance pay as well
Hey, anyways I am planning to resign so I want to ask how to get laid off, there is more benefit in this because if I resign I will not get anything but layoff people get 3 months extra salary, so what things I need to do to get laid off from this company.
Any idea if I resign how many months notice period I have to serve in this situation assuming I am not getting any severance pay.
You can get immediate release in current situation..

Did you receive any letter regarding severance pay? If they don’t include it in the full and final settlement, how many months will we get? Is it 3 months or 6 months?
Get out of project and deny projects. It helps with fastest exit. Focus on yourself and attend interviews. There are better things out there. Go save yourself.
