I am really confused between Genpact and EXL services. Joining is in 2 days.I work i software and CRM's.

Heard mixed reviews.. Does Genpact have micromanagement with rhe 10 hours mandatory rule ? I think its a very bad rule... Also, how many days WFO is there ?

Again for EXL, I am not sure of how they work..is it better than a regular it service firm like Infosys, Wipro
