I am put in PIP. Seeking suggestions
My manager put me in PIP. I donno what personal vendetta he has but Karma will eventually get him back. As of now, I am put under a set of unrealistic goals within a span of 2 months. What are my prospects? I can’t deal with that sh$t
Also will Wells mention that in my experience certificate?

Complete the PIP. Don't put in any efforts. This way you'll get 2 months' salary plus addes 2 months' work ex on CV. Meanwhile you can look for jobs. Also, you'll get a severance package too when they'll ask you to resign post unsuccessful completion. So wait I guess.
Do not worry.i have seen people in PIP coming out well as well. Try to give your best. Atleast it will help you to be better techie with your extra effort. When you are in IT , these will be part and parcel of your life.. best of luck for your PIP. Remember one thing , never loose hope..
If you resign just before PIP, do you serve notice period too?
Its upto the company, if you resign. If you are forced to resign you are paid for the entire duration without having to work
Don't wait and prove your worth it waste of time go for resignation.
