Trending @Cognizant; I am promoted as PA to A on July month. Am I eligible for upcoming hike?

I joined as PA in 2024 april month. I got a A promotion in July month. Hikes are getting delay for the associates. Company planned to give hike for 80% of employees by coming November month. But I just got promoted. Am I eligible for the upcoming hike? ☺️

Are they giving promotion on one year after PA what are the criteria for this

If you worked same role in previous company and gained some technical knowledge in your role means you will get A promotion. This is the one and only creteria to get PA to A promotion within 1 year.
