I am planning to switch and want to land an offer in WITCH

Hi everyone, I have 1.5 YOE in front-end(Angular) and currently working on LAMP stack.

My salary is 3.6 lpa fixed + 40k variable and house rent reimbursement up to 80%. I want to switch to WITCH companies for better hike and growth opportunities. But I have not been able to land an interview. Please tell me what to do or the job market is that bad right. And also if I'm being underpaid or not?

I began looking out and got an offer from this startup. Not like mid 2022, but market is picking up now. Prepare and start applying 💯

But there is also this thing where immediate joiners are prioritised

If you are working in Startup don't think about salary but you will have good amount of learning
