I am planning to stop working as management is delaying my release after receiving the band.Will they put me on pip if don't work?Or release
Is band released for u or Manager told u abt the band he is going to give u? And abt release have u send any mail for release to ur manager?Last thing PIP is initiated in case when u get D band and u r not working at all as per thr expectations
Band not released. I told him on call my personal reasons for not being able to continue with this extremely hectic project. He ensured to take care of my band. But asked to continue until they find my replacement. The people who supposed to hire replacement and someone within the team are wantedly delaying to trouble me. Meanwhile I am working even on weekends still not able to meet timelines. I am worried if it continues there will be big escalations on my work. That can impact my band. My family is badly effected because I am not available for them in a tough personal situation. Counting my days in this project. Still they are behaving as if they don't know
I joined this project 6 months ago and requested some flexibility for sometime until I get out of my personal problems. They agreed to provide work flexibility and sent it in a written email. But never given even breathing space
