Ever questioned why we work on night shifts? Bcs people in the developed countries can't work on night shifts. So we match their convinient timings without sleeping. But why? There are no fixed working hours. And you know what is worse? Glorifying and romanticising all this shit with terms like hustle, war room, all hands on for. And if you don't you are odd one out. And more than managers, I hate employees who are so excited about unpaid work at odd timings.

Even tho I was on approved leave.. I received an email that said you were not present in the office🥲.. so there can be actions

We are beggars. Middle class is worse than beggars because we have to work and then we have to beg also. So HR can't provide enough seats to everybody, it is always waiting but you need to be in your base location and come to office. And pay through your nose for everything you need in the big city.

Don’t go, i haven’t been to office since a year now, ignore the mails and chill

Here's something which people should do. Switch the company in every 2-2.5 years. This ensures you get your salary boost. And you don't need to depend or wait for promotion cycles. Companies are also not looking for your loyalty now. Pick 3-4 of your favorite companies and keep rotating between them. You will be happy..trust me.

Now they find an another reason to stop your hike or promotion for the next year as well
