Trending @Capgemini; I am planning to resign next month. Today my client made an escalation

I was not able to login into my system since Friday, I informed about the issue still they didn’t seem to understand any was going to resign on 1 st of next month,will this escalation effect during my exit process

For every escalation, you don't have to resign. You just need to be more careful and be trustworthy to the client. Every problem will start with lack of communication , start communicating and build trust.
