Trending @Accenture; I am planning to leave my current project after May, what is the scenario on the bench for SAP consultants? Are there projects?

While being in the current project.I recommend you to search for a project on workday in an internal job and finalize before going to bench.Since there are rumours that bench resources are in list of layoffs.

Based on your level , you will definitely get a high package of salary for the manager position .
If you land on the bench, sorry to say you will also risk in job security

I am L12 nearly 2 years exp in sap project , SAP certified , p3+ proficiency yet had to stay on bench from 1.5 months no calls. Finally got one after knocking 100 doors. Not soo good.
